INSECT LIGHT TRAP WARRANTY POLICY
1. Warranty Period
- All insect light trap products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, based on the purchase invoice or payment receipt.
- For replacement parts (e.g., UV bulbs, components), the warranty period is 6 months from the date of replacement, depending on the specific part.
2. Warranty Conditions
To be eligible for warranty service, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product is still within the warranty period.

A valid purchase invoice or receipt clearly indicating the purchase date is provided.

The product is not damaged by external factors such as strong impact, misuse, unauthorized repair by third parties, or natural disasters (rain, flooding, lightning, etc.).

The product has not been structurally altered (e.g., repaired or modified with non-genuine parts, or tampered with without authorization).
3. Warranty Coverage
The product will be repaired free of charge in the following cases:

Technical defects from the manufacturer (issues with circuitry, controller, non-functioning UV lamp).

The product fails to operate properly for no apparent reason.

Defects during manufacturing that cause damage to key components of the insect trap.
4. Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty will not apply in the following cases:

Damage caused by misuse: water intrusion, dropping, or use in environments outside of recommended conditions (e.g., wet areas, outdoor use).

Use of non-genuine parts or unauthorized repairs.

Damage due to external forces such as dropping, animal interference, or use in unsuitable environments.

Damage resulting from unauthorized third-party interventions (unapproved service providers or product modifications without company consent).

Overload damage or failure to follow the manufacturer’s operating instructions.
5. Warranty Request Process

- Step 2: Provide the purchase invoice and a detailed description of the issue.
- Step 3: Bring the product to our service center or send it via shipping service (shipping fees may apply if no other arrangement is made).
- Step 4: After inspection, if the product qualifies for warranty, we will repair it free of charge or replace it with a new product (if repairs are not possible). The processing time will be communicated after inspection.
6. Replacement Parts
- If parts need to be replaced, we only use genuine parts and offer a 6-month warranty on these parts from the date of replacement.
- If the replacement part is out of warranty, customers will be charged based on the company’s listed prices.
7. Warranty Costs

Free repairs are provided for products within the warranty period that have manufacturer defects.

Shipping costs may be borne by the customer if the product is not eligible for free warranty service or in case of remote warranty requests.
