DELIVERY POLICY

1. Scope of Application

This delivery policy applies to all customers purchasing insect light traps.

2. Delivery Methods

• Urban Delivery: Applicable for orders within the city area, with a delivery time of 1–3 working days.
• Interprovincial Delivery: Utilizes third-party shipping services (VNPost, Giao Hang Tiet Kiem, Giao Hang Nhanh, etc.), with delivery time ranging from 3–7 working days depending on the delivery address.

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours from the time the customer places the order.
• For prepaid orders, products will be shipped immediately after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping Fees

• Free shipping for orders valued from 5,000,000 VND and above (applies to urban delivery).
• For orders under 5,000,000 VND, shipping fees will be calculated based on the rates of the shipping provider.
• Interprovincial shipping fees will depend on the weight, dimensions of the product, and the delivery address.

5. Checking Goods Upon Delivery

• Customers have the right to check the goods before accepting and making payment.
• If the product is damaged during transport, please contact us immediately for exchange or return support.

6. Responsibility for Transported Goods

• We are responsible for the goods until the customer receives the product.
• In case of loss or damage during delivery, we will coordinate with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and support the customer.

7. Other Notes

• Delivery time may vary depending on weather conditions, holidays, or other objective factors.
• In case of delivery delays, we will notify and assist customers in a timely manner.
