INSECT TRAP LIGHT DISTRIBUTOR POLICY

1. Purpose

     This policy outlines the rights and responsibilities of distributors involved in the distribution and sale of the company's insect trap light products.

2. Distributor Benefits

• Sales Commission: Distributors receive a commission based on a percentage of revenue from insect trap light sales. The specific commission rate will be defined in the distribution agreement.

• Promotions and Marketing Support: The company will provide promotional programs, special discounts, and marketing materials (posters, promotional videos, product images, etc.) to support distributors in their sales and marketing activities.

• Technical Support: Distributors will receive technical assistance during the use of the products, especially in matters related to warranty and repairs.

3. Distributor Responsibilities

• Comply with Pricing Policy: Distributors must adhere to the minimum price set by the company and are not allowed to offer unreasonable discounts without prior approval.

• Maintain Service Quality: Distributors are expected to provide quality after-sales services, including warranty and maintenance for end customers.

• Inventory Management: Distributors must maintain sufficient stock levels to ensure timely service to customers. Frequent or prolonged stockouts are not acceptable.

• Product Promotion: Distributors must actively promote insect trap light products through various sales channels such as online platforms, retail stores, and events.

4. Pricing Policy

• Recommended Retail Price (RRP): The company will provide a suggested retail price for insect trap light products. Distributors may adjust their pricing but must not go below the company's minimum price.

• Discounts and Promotions: The company will periodically run promotional and discount campaigns. Distributors must comply with all related terms and conditions when participating.

5. Payment and Credit Terms

• Payment: Distributors shall make payments according to the terms agreed upon in the contract. Payment terms may include advance or deferred payments based on the distributor’s creditworthiness.

• Credit: Credit lines may be extended to distributors based on transaction history, sales volume, and payment reliability.

6. Warranty and After-Sales Service

• Warranty Policy: Insect trap light products are covered under the company’s warranty policy. Distributors must inform customers of applicable warranty terms at the time of sale.

• Maintenance and Repairs: In the event of a product malfunction, distributors will assist customers in contacting the company for maintenance or repair services.

7. Contract Duration and Termination

• Contract Term: The agreement between the company and the distributor may be valid for a fixed period or renewed periodically.

• Termination: The company reserves the right to terminate the contract if the distributor breaches any terms, fails to meet sales targets, or violates brand protection and product quality standards.

8. Confidentiality

• Information Confidentiality: Distributors agree to keep all information related to products, pricing, marketing strategies, and business operations confidential. No information may be disclosed without the company’s consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising during the course of cooperation shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
