PAYMENT POLICY

1. Payment Methods

Customers can choose one of the following payment methods:

• Cash Payment: Applicable upon delivery (COD).
• Bank Transfer: Account details will be provided when the order is placed.

2. Deposit Policy

• For orders under 5,000,000 VND: Full payment is required at the time of ordering or upon delivery.
• For orders over 5,000,000 VND: A deposit of at least 30% of the total order value is required. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed terms to ensure timely order processing.
• For bank transfers, customers are requested to specify the payment details clearly to avoid confusion.

4. Refund Policy

• A full refund will be issued if the product has not been delivered and the customer cancels the order before shipment.
• If the product has been delivered, refunds will only be made in accordance with the warranty and return policy.

5. Notes

• Product prices include VAT (if applicable).
• Payment methods may vary depending on promotions or supplier policies.
